Restoration of a gym into office rooms. There used to be a gym here, but the customer changed it to office rooms. The building itself is very old, but we modernized the style, leaving some old elements, floors, windows, a ceiling with wood, etc. There are 2 floors of offices in total. On the ground floor there are only office premises with its own kitchen. And on the second floor there is a large lounge, offices, a director's room and a waiting area.
